Zest’s Scientific recruitment team is currently recruiting for a Hospital Sales Specialist to develop clinical demand for my clients diagnostic test procedures. A world leader in their specialised market, my client develops diagnostic assays which enable rapid and accurate diagnosis of specific diseases. The biomarkers are highly regarded amongst Clinical Professionals and as a consequence of continued development there is a new vacancy in the Hospital Sales team across the M62 Corridor for a Hospital Sales Specialist to develop new business and service existing accounts.

The Hospital Sales Specialist will develop clinical demand utilising key marketing concepts and messages for the clinical application of my clients biomarkers. Promoting the products and their clinical values to clinicians; educating the relevant clinical and medical departments on the clinical application and therapeutic consequences. Ultimately, creating a strong network within hospitals and institutions with the ultimate goal to promote the widespread use of the product portfolio. Other interested parties which the Hospital Sales Specialist will promote the biomarkers to include Clinical Laboratory Representatives, Laboratory Managers and Finance Managers.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be an accomplished Territory Manager with previous experience successfully operating within a Clinical Sales environment, either directly selling into secondary care or into diagnostic laboratories. Applications from Pharma reps with Hospital Sales experience would be of interest. Additionally, applications from scientific graduates with good Clinical Sales experience who can demonstrate the ability to assimilate and convey scientific and clinical information would be equally welcomed.

The Hospital Sales Specialist will be rewarded with a generous salary ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus, Car and a range of additional benefits.
