Optometry and Regional Dispensing Trainer jobs in the North. Zest Optical Recruitment is currently working with a key client to recruit a Regional Dispensing Trainer for a full time vacancy in the North of the UK. This unique opportunity will require you to support the company’s professional, field based staff on a Regional level. This includes Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians and Optical Assistants. The job holder will be expected to carry out field based assessments that will inform the structured programmed development of these internal clients.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, have excellent communication skills and be a self starter who is confident about working in a role where your actions will directly influence the results of others. You will be competent in all areas of dispensing and patient aftercare as well as facilitate the development of all field based staff in all areas of dispensing. You will need to be flexible with a strong business ethic and be dedicated to the development of others by using recognised teaching methods.
In return for your experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £20,000 + bonus + fully expensed company car offering a total package worth £27,000 - £28,000 OTE. In addition to this there are other benefits on offer including 28 days holiday, Comprehensive training, Career progression opportunities and a Company pension.
