Zest Medical Recruitment working in partnership with an established refractive surgery clinical organisation is seeking to recruit a Technical Customer Support Specialist for a full time vacancy. An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field engineer / specialist has arisen to provide full technical service in a given area. The role is to install, service and repair a range of lasers into customers sites across prestigious clients in the London area.
You will be an integral part of the technical function for the organisation and will be required to offer professional, fast and economic support to customers whilst installing, servicing and repairing machines, You will be located in areas with high market presence of our clients lasers. Furthermore you will be able to develop, improve and extend existing customer relationships, and will be key in closely tracking the performance of equipment, respond quickly to customer enquiry’s and provide accurate feedback on system usage, performance and customer satisfaction

To perform this task fully you will ideally be a graduate with a degree in (Medical) electronics or post high school technical training or equivalent. Alongside good experience within the service sector preferably within the medical industry with familiarity of ophthalmic or diagnostic equipment used in surgery environment a plus.
