Technical Sales – Scientific Sales – Instrument Sales UK. Zest Medical niche Scientific recruitment division is actively searching for an experienced Technical Sales professional who is focussed upon attaining a new role within the scientific market. The Technical Sales Manager will promote my clients Mass Spectrometry instruments into pharma and biotech companies, research institutions and environmental and industrial process control settings. My client has developed market leading instrumentation for the analysis and quantification of trace elements in both solid and liquid samples and has built a strong customer network across this central territory which spans from East Anglia across the Midlands into Wales.
This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced scientific sales professional to join a leading industry manufacturer. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate the ability to develop a sales territory for business in new or emerging markets. Coupled with a proven track record of business to business sales, sustaining business from established key accounts by developing excellent customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be educated (minimum) to degree level in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline. Documented evidence of sales success in a similar role is desirable, more specifically in a business to business setting. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, additionally, accustomed to working with other sales professionals and technical support staff.
In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE) + Bonus and a range of additional benefits.
