Zest Optical Recruitment is currently working with one of the fastest growing optical groups in the UK to recruit a Dispensing Practice Manager for a full time vacancy in Ayrshire for one of their established stores. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified dispensing optician although non qualified dispensers with sufficient management experience will also be considered. Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years experience in management with a proven track record of success. Your days will be fast paced and each one will present new challenges and test your commercial ability and skills in the area of patient care. You will be working with excellent support staff in an environment conducive to allowing you to perform to the best of your abilities.

In return for your experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between £23,000 and £28,000 which is negotiable depending on your experience plus an excellent benefits package.
