Zest Optical Recruitment is currently working with one of the largest independent optical groups in the UK to recruit a Dispensing Practice Manager for one of their stores in Hertfordshire. As a Qualified Dispensing Practice Manager working for this excellent company you will require a business-like approach to the position. You will be leading a team of staff and motivating them to achieve targets for the business. You will have a proven track record of achievement and be an excellent communicator. The company will provide you with time for personal training and development in addition to branch assessment. This training will equip you with the technical, commercial and managerial skills required to drive an efficient and effective branch. In working closely with your Regional Manager you will receive support and encouragement to help you and your branch realise your full potential.

A good standard of education is preferred and an optical qualification is a requirement for the position. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise and manage time efficiently as well as understand KPI’s and deliver high standards of customer service.
