Zest’s scientific recruitment team is currently working in association with a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of Clinical Diagnostic testing products. We are actively seeking out a high caliber, commercially astute sales professional with direct industry experience of the Clinical Diagnostic market coupled with distribution management experience.

The Commercial Export Manager will be responsible for developing a regional strategy for business growth across key markets in North Africa and the Middle East. Undertaking full P&L responsibility for the region and contributing to the International Diagnostic Management team. The role will involve up to 40% international travel, consequently applicants will need good access to international transport links.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline, possess Clinical Diagnostic industry experience coupled with Distribution Management exposure. MBA or an advanced degree would be advantageous; however, candidates who can demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and market knowledge will be strongly considered. Zest Scientific would also welcome applications from candidates with a proven track record of managing distributors in the wider scientific market (life sciences), ideally working in an export role across the defined region.

The remuneration package on offer for the Commercial Export Manager position is highly attractive with a base salary ranging from €60,000 - €80,000 (DOE) + Bonus, Car, Healthcare and a range of additional benefits.
