Capital Equipment sales jobs in Scotland and Ireland.  Zest Medical sales recruitment are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the North of England from the M62 and Scotland for a full time vacancy.  As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting and selling a full range of specialist Diagnostic ophthalmic equipment by managing customers in your designated territory to achieve your yearly sales and profit targets, you will also maximise opportunities by effective territory management and secure and build long term relationships with all customer groups.

The Area Sales Manager should be able to demonstrate previous effective territory management together with the skills involved in selling, negotiating, presenting and teaching. You will also need to demonstrate a committed approach to customer service. Experience of selling capital equipment into the NHS is essential and knowledge of ophthalmology would be an advantage.  Above all else you will be happy and comfortable selling in a highly technical sector to clinicians and be involved in the training and coaching.
