Customer Service Manager jobs in the West Midlands, Warwickshire. Zest Medical are currently working with a dynamic and growing medical supply company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager for a new role.   The key tasks in this role are to manage the relationship between the company and its customers by directing and controlling the Customer Services team. 

The responsibility of the team is to provide a responsive point of contact for all customers, ensuring a professional service is provided at all times through  appropriate levels of communication and reporting on business-critical KPIs.  Your role will be split into 5 key areas, Order fulfillment, operations and team management, financial responsibility and general tasks.

Ideally you will have a background in a customer services environment with proven experience of managing people.  Previous experience in a healthcare or manufacturing business will be a distinct advantage.  In addition you will have experience of contract & tender management / bid proposals with a strong understanding of internal supply chains and their processes.  You will be able to develop and maintain internal and external relationships via your excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative and drive as they are looking for an enthusiastic person with a positive, resilient attitude.
