Zest Medical is currently partnered with a specialist, global market access consultancy that is looking to bring on board a Director of Market Access. The successful candidate will act as a senior leader and help execute the organisation’s growth strategy through leadership, project & client management, business development, and strategic planning. This position reports to the VP of Market Access.


  • Current or previous experience in a market access consultancy
  • Broad experience across market access covering; landscaping, value strategy, pricing & reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent knowledge of major EU and US markets and P&R processes
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great presentation and writing skills
  • Experienced in client engagement & management with both business development and project management
  • Solutions orientated and used to working on strict deadlines
  • Ability to be “hands on” and provide operational support


  • Lead teams of consultants in the successful delivery of projects in the areas of; market access strategy, P&R, payer and multi-stakeholder research, qualitative & quantitative programmes
  • Deliver on sales targets for the EU market access business through key client development and proposal conversion
  • Act as a member of the senior leadership team to provide input for strategy development, up-scaling and operational support
  • Provide senior team input for recruitment, development, coaching & retention
  • Develop commercial strategy and new business generation opportunities
  • Execute projects to a high standard
  • Deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Provide expert knowledge on global healthcare systems as well as diseases specific and technology specific areas
  • Ensure project profitability
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and ensure collaborative working across the business
