Zest Medical sales recruitment has been instructed to identify a National Sales Director with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams promoting Medical Devices, Tech / Digital Health or services into the NHS.  The Sales Director will lead a talented and growing field based team of Business Development and Account Managers within the Digital Health space, providing innovative solutions into Mental Health services

 

Our client is using technology to change patient pathways, using Machine Learning to provide improved clinical outcomes for thousands of patients with common Mental Health conditions. The value proposition is particularly strong and the business is experiencing exponential revenue growth.  

 

The Candidate:

  • An accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of selling technology, Digital Health or Medical Devices into the NHS.
  • A role model leader who is willing to play an active role in helping Business Development and Account Management teams leverage influence and maintain growth.
  • Demonstrates an interest in Mental Health provision and passionate about the opportunity to change the current treatment pathways.
  • Interest in Digital Health and the potential of Machine Learning to deliver improved clinical outcomes.
  • Champion new ideas with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and drive change.

 

The Role:

  • The Sales Director will undertake direct line management of a talented commercial team, reporting directly to the UK Managing Director.
  • Implement a growth strategy, support ongoing business development and develop pricing models which reflect the value of the intervention.
  • In addition to first line management responsibilities you will support key strategic accounts and help the team drive referral numbers.
  • Provides an excellent platform for personal development working in an organization which is going through rapid scale up with the opportunity to build a team and recruit additional sales personnel as the company continues to grow.
