Sales Support roles North Wales. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and technical support to the field based Sales team and all external customers. In this role you will manage all levels of customer support required within the Sales network.

You will help provide user support to a client’s range of IT Systems and media tools which include a web based online ordering system, iPad app for demonstrations, web based systems and general IT systems.

As part of the role acting as Sales Support Team Administrator you will be involved in creating creating of monthly reports, customer management and all customer engagement

Our client is looking for someone who is highly customer orientated and a creative problem solver.  You will have experience in a similar support function ideally within IT / technology with the ability to work well in supporting a Sales Team and Customers. Further education/ Higher Education in Business, Marketing or IT would be advantageous.
