About the Opportunity
Zest are currently working alongside a highly respected independent healthcare business to recruit a Clinical Aesthetic Lead for an exciting new venture on the Isle of Man.
In this role, we're looking for somebody who is excited by the opportunity to help build something.
The business has identified a significant opportunity within the local market, with existing providers often fully booked well in advance and growing demand for advanced skin health and aesthetic treatments.
As a result, they are investing in a dedicated aesthetics offering and are looking for the right individual to help lead its launch and ongoing development.
You'll have your own dedicated treatment space, the support of an experienced healthcare leadership team, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the patient experience and future direction of the service.
For the right person, this represents a rare opportunity to combine clinical practice, service development and entrepreneurial thinking within an established and highly respected healthcare environment.
The Role
As Clinical Aesthetic Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery and development of the new aesthetics service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Delivering advanced skin health and aesthetic treatments
- Building long-term relationships with patients
- Supporting the launch and growth of the service
- Helping develop treatment pathways and patient journeys
- Ensuring exceptional clinical standards and patient care
- Working closely with the leadership team on future service development
- Identifying opportunities to improve and expand the offering over time
The initial focus is expected to include advanced skin rejuvenation and technology-led treatments, with opportunities to help shape future service development as the clinic grows.
About You
We're looking for somebody who combines strong clinical expertise with a genuine passion for patient outcomes and service development.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Registered Nurse or experienced Aesthetic Practitioner
- Have experience delivering skin health and aesthetic treatments
- Be confident conducting consultations and building treatment plans
- Enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be naturally proactive and self-motivated
- Take pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Be excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a new service
- Be open to relocating to the Isle of Man
Experience with technologies such as radiofrequency, IPL, Morpheus8, Envision, LED light therapies or similar advanced treatment platforms would be advantageous, although training and support can be provided.
