- Demonstrates a strategic mindset, creating short-term value while owning the long-term strategic direction of the company.
- Commercially astute, familiar with changing trends within the Pharmaceutical and/or NHS sector and digital technology services.
- Champion new ideas with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and drive change.
- Build a sales pipeline and be responsible for managing the full sales life cycle. – Explore UK and international markets, growing sales and marketing function.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at a senior level within Pharma and/or NHS.
- Highly visible position reporting directly to the COO with significant scope for autonomy.
