Zest Medical is partnered with a high-growth Market Access & HEOR consultancy driven to bring transformative medicines to the market and improve patient outcomes. Growing as they experience increasing market demand, the company is looking to bring a Commercial Legal Manager on board.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to support all functions of the business providing legal advice, managing risk and data governance activities, and developing data quality and protection procedures.


The Candidate

  • Vast experience developing and implementing standards in relation to legal, risk, data and governance practices.
  • Deep expertise in technology and commercial issues related to management of business information assets, and approaches related to data protection.
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to work closely with the internal team and clients, building and maintaining great partnerships.
  • Prior experience within a consultancy environment or the pharmaceutical industry is preferable.


The Role

  • Lead the implementation of strategies and frameworks for company-wide legal compliance as the team grows internationally.
  • Provide legal and contractual advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, statute and data protection legislation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality, management and protection of sensitive information and data assets.
  • Work closely and proactively with wider teams (Commercial and IT) to support with regulatory and customer specific governance requirements.
  • Develop training to improve legal, data and risk understanding at all levels within the company.
